They won’t recook and deliver them and they end up just getting thrown in the trash. They offer a credit on our next order, but that doesn’t help at the time we’re eating. This is a continuing issue with this store. We’re giving up now.

First off we ordered over the phone and swear we were talking to robot, so having her serve us in store was a treat. When we entered the store we noticed the elabrate hallowwen docor, and when we made mention of it she had said she did ALL the decorating herself!! Go Griffin, it looks spooktacuylar in there. The pizza was great 10/10 "perfectly cooked, even good cold". pretty sure she was the only one working but did an amazing job. big ups to Griffin, hope she's working next time we order.

I won't go into detail about the issue I had, but after working all day and this being the first thing I get to eat today, I was a bit of a blubbering mess dreading having to force myself to eat it lol. I forget his name because again.. blubbering exhausted mess..but he was awesome. He fixed it for me right away and threw in a dessert because he felt so bad I was crying over food (which is absolutely silly and overly sensitive I know) he was kind and communicative, he sympathized with my predicament and he just did a great job. You deserve a raise sir. Top notch customer service.
