Then when they dropped it off they didn’t ring the doorbell or knock OR MARK THE DELIVERY AS DELIVERED like they were supposed to. It still is marked as undelivered right now with the cold pizza in my hand. There are people literally 5 feet from the inside of the front door and we didn’t hear anything. Unacceptable. Why order pizza if it’s delivered this cold and not fresh. Dominoes Customer support was no help either after 15 minutes of their useless Ai chatbot designed to ask infinite questions that lead nowhere. Dominoes has really gone downhill.

They won’t recook and deliver them and they end up just getting thrown in the trash. They offer a credit on our next order, but that doesn’t help at the time we’re eating. This is a continuing issue with this store. We’re giving up now.
