I finally took it upon myself to call them, which I understand companies having an automated menu to make things easier, but it can be frustrating when the system is set up to make an order, not help an existing one or anything else until after setting up an order. When someone finally answered, she told me that there was 4 orders ahead of me. This is fine, I get being busy, but there is part of me that knows that my order was probably ahead of theirs. It would have been nice to be notified that original allotted time was not going to be accurate. I can deal with that if it’s properly communicated. But I think the blame can be placed on poor management for not properly equipping staff. Thank you to the hard workers who bend over backwards to help people under a messed up corporation.
