The manager I spoke to said that if I can prove there was a hair in my pizza, BY TEXTING HIS PERSONAL NUMBER PICTURE PROOF, he would send a driver back out with a cash refund for the pizzas. My wings and cinnamon bites were fine. Didn’t need a refund for those. Then after I send him picture proof, he is claiming that the hair doesn’t match anyone working there at the moment and refused a refund. I will be calling in the morning to speak to another manager because this is disgusting and deserve a refund. The hair literally came out in the bite. It wasn’t just laying on top. It was baked into it.

In the rare occasion they’ve ran out of something they’ve called us to let us know. The “extras” on our orders are ALWAYS extra! Pies are always baked perfectly for us. Delivery experience is always good too! Our order last night was perfect as usual… and, we don’t just order the same things, or “as is.” I cannot say enough good things about this location. *😬I just read some of the other reviews… I’m so sorry your experience hasn’t been as great. I do order late at night…. Maybe I order at the best times. 😊 I truly hope your next order leaves you feeling better than the last.

Today we ordered pizza and bread, somehow the order got switched to light cheese instead of light sauce so we literally got the exact opposite of what we wanted Which like, okay, maybe it was the app or something happened but the bread, Feta & spinach, stuffed bread was completely RAW on the bottom and inside. My family isn't going to be eating it so literally wasted the 7 bucks down the drain. All they offer? 20 % off our next order and I didn't even get to talk to anyone. That's not service. I've never gotten under done food like this bad before I did upload two photos showing how bad it was. Definitely not cool & I hope they get their stuff together
