I get my order and ask for lids on my blizzards and then she hands it back with the ice cream seeping down the cup and doesnt wipe it- just says oh sorry. I got two blizzards allover my new car and clothes. and then she forgot about the sundae so I had to remind her. Then cherry on top: our drink for our sons meal was forgotten and we couldn’t even call to get it rectified because they have NO WORKING PHONE. It’s disconnected. Absolutely horrible customer service.

It's a joke with our family as to "how rude will the service be?" If not for the location and delicious ice cream we wouldn't bother.
