  Trash service, longest wait ever, I also ordered a large fry that was half empty. Man this was a horrible experience that I cant even imagine how stupid of an ownership runs this company. They put your fries at the bottom so you cant check. I Believe this was the sadest experience at any restaurant or fast food location in my life.

  Went to Dairy Queen a few hours ago, and used the app to get free fries with our ice creams... When we got to the window they ended up charging us for the fries. When we let them know after seeing it on the receipt they said they couldn't undo the charge. Then proceeded to argue about it and let us know next time we could use the app...we left. Realizing half way home we never even got the French fries that we shouldn't have even paid for.

  Walked in, told me they would be right with me. Waited 10-15 minutes. Waited patiently. It was busy. Then was told at 905 the till was shut off and if I wanted to order anything I needed to use the drive-thru, but I had walked there. Unsatisfactory customer service.

  Ordered chilli cheese dog combo & bread felt very old making it hard to chew. Fries also felt very stale.

  It is 10:11. They say they are closed already which it clearly post and says everywhere 10:30 even on their door but hey they close they don't want to stay open for business I guess.
