Absolute worst Dairy Queen in the history Dairy Queens. Andy, “The lead” is incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills.I don’t plan on going back.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location. We ordered an item that appears on their online menu, but were told it wasn’t available. After a long back-and-forth, the lead employee on duty, Andy, finally admitted that all the ingredients were actually available and the item could be made.
Throughout the entire interaction, Andy was uncooperative and rude. When we asked for lids, he threw his hands up and walked away without saying a word. There was no eye contact, no communication, and a clear lack of basic customer service. Another employee kept apologizing for him, which made it seem like this behavior was not unusual and had occurred before.
The whole experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope the franchise owners look into this and address the customer service issues, especially with staff in leadership roles.
