Waite in line for 30 minutes for my food. The person behind me was waiting so long that they pulled out and drove away. And yet, after that weight, they still messed up my order.

Employees have attitude as if they don’t care. And my ice cream is melted to the point where you can drink it.
Based on the reviews it sounds like you need someone new in charge to change the store around 🤦‍♀️

I mean let's be honest you go here for that nostalgia a Dilly bar or a blizzard.
.... Sadly they don't have the Superman blizzard anymore.... We're heartbroken. However, if you want some tasty ice cream in Salem it's a great spot. Personally though, I would choose other places for meals. There's many other great burger joints that are tastier and lower priced such as Nancy's or five guys. The decor has stayed out of 1980 which is great too.
