Upon entering the building, 2 employees were seated on the customer side of the service counter talking loudly with a male friend of the crew who was seated across the aisle. Throughout our meal, there was a lot of laughing and loud talking between the employees and their friend - very annoying! I made my complaint known to a female who seemed to be the lead employee, asking the name of the manager? She thought it was Mike, but she did not know when he would be available. Dining area very cold, 60 degrees according to the thermometer. While the food was good, the atmosphere made the experience much less than acceptable.
