Terrible customer service, slow as I've ever seen, talking to coworkers while the line builds up and just looking at customers and continuing, absolutely ridiculous portion sizes compared to other Chipotle locations, and tables always dirty when you walk in. No wonder this place has such a bad rating. It's embarrassing. Very unprofessional and ridiculous.

The last two times I've been they basically threw each item at the burrito with no regard for amount, as if they were being timed per customer. I get the state of the world and low wages, but why treat your customers poorly? Won't be much of a job if it flops... just show care for the person in front of you, as long as they aren't rude.. seems like the bare minimum at least.

I'm not sure what had happened, but that's pretty much all you could taste. Since then, it's gotten better. It's nice to not have to drive all the way over the bridge to go get Chipotle. I wish the parking lot didn't suck so much.
