  My problem is what the price of the patty should be on the menu and what they charged me are clearly two different prices and they didn't honor it at all. Rather than honor it she gave me a generic discount which isn't the same as honoring the price and I had to get it for my dog or I would have left all together. The ice cream was for my Goddaughter so it was just an irritating experience. And now that I know I have probably been over charged every time I go I am just over it.

  Burgerville is great, and this one was quick. I will say that i gave it 4 stars only because, burgerville over the years has gone up in price and down in quality

  I was very impressed with the Lancaster Burgerville - greeted when we arrived, the cashier had a very uplifting and attentive personality and accommodated our special requests with a smile. I liked that the dining area didn't have a crowded layout, with good space in between tables. It was nice & clean. Loved that they had pasture-raised beef options amongst the other options and cheese options that were not American-processed cheese. Altogether a good experience.

  Breakfast food is good everything else is basic in taste in size for the price. This location opens at 9am not 7am . Such a short window for breakfast makes it unviable as an option. Way to late. All in all food is good but takes quite awhile to make it. To the point of which id say it more like nancy jo’s very similar prices but Nancys burgers are definitely better. I dont want 6 dollar foo foo truffle fries from a fast food experience. I want fresh good fast cheap.

  This was my first time here. Food was luke warm when I got home. Mind I don't live far. It wasn't even warm to the touch. The parmesan fries tasted like they just had salt. I didnt taste any Parmesan. Definitely didnt look like the photo at all. The Lil chesseurger tasted like a 2 dollar cheeseburger from Carl's Jr. Felt like the food was sitting before it was given
