  This restaurant needs to be closed down. The quality of the food have not been acceptable for a while. There’s a lack of motivation from the staffs. My family and I gave it a try again last night. If took 30 minutes for me to just get my beer while my kid finished three cups of water just waiting over an hour for our food. The fried pickles came out an hour later…cold. The guy put our fried pickles down and just walked away before we could ask where was the sauce that goes with it. When we got our main entree there were no fries. The fries came out 30 minutes after the main course. All of our food were mainly cold or luke warm, burgers, wings, chicken dipper. Our waitress never checked on us. When she gave us our food she would rush to get away. There was a complete disregard if we needed anything else. This is only a reflection of training and management. This place needs to go away so customers don’t waste their time and money on a place that doesn’t seem to care about the business they are running.

  Wanted to be here for my birthday and it was a disaster. Our waitress was more worried about her boyfriend that came to eat and sat with him, ate his food, and was carrying around a vape in her hand. She checked on us maybe three times? I am never the type to ask to bring food back but oh my when our food was brought out it was so cold. Didn’t want to pry so we only asked for warm fries. Not even the whole meal. We sat there another 30 minutes! Waiting for fires because our waitress never put the order in. She said she “forgot” and it was her first day. If she wasn’t so busy worrying about her vape falling on a family’s table or eating her boyfriend’s food maybe we’d have better food / help.

  Food was not good. Chips were stale. When we asked for replacement chips, those were stale too. Wait was long despite no one else being there other than one or two tables.

  This place is so consistently bad. Every time we get food to go they miss putting something big in the bag. Entire orders of wings, wedges, burgers. Literally haven't gotten food one in the last year where everything was included. The staff always act like you are the problem and ALWAYS have a terrible attitude.

  terrible service, waited 20 minutes just to be seated, no one was waiting ahead of us. took another 10 minutes to get helped with drinks. we ordered our food too at the same time and it took like about an hour, seriously such a huge wait. when our food arrived, my wings of course COLD & FLOODED in sauce, they did not try at all it was disgustingly bad and of course my boyfriends wings were cold. other tables around us seem pretty annoyed too we saw another couple just grab their things and leave after being seated, basically spent 2 hours for us to end up grabbing something else to eat. today’s visit was not it.
