  I don’t normally write negative reviews but this one I just can’t let go . My pick up order said it would be ready at 4:10. It wasn’t ready until 5, no big deal, people get busy. I was patient and waited when it came out. Here is where it went down hill. My order was wrong. It was missing the bottle of sauce that I had paid almost 6 dollars for. I told her that the sauce was wrong on my wings, that I ordered orange chicken and it said original buffalo. She argued with me and said it was the correct sauce and that it was mild. When looking at the website again, it is not the sauce I ordered what I got was hot not mild. The honey barbecue I ordered was the correct sauce but three out of my six wings were hard as rocks, and the other three were cold. We ordered honey garlic sauce on another set, and it ended up being dry rub instead of a sauce. The only thing that was good, was the onion rings, the coleslaw, and the veggies. Autumn Line over 3/4 of our meal was inedible. Very disappointing will not go there again.

  I knew immediately I should have just left when My family and I stood there for 15 minutes without being welcomed or even seated. There was a total of 7 people in there eating so it wasn't busy at all! The hostest cleaned a dirty table for us with just a old wet rag. No putting cleaner on it or anything. So GROSS! She proceeded to say I can fan this a bit so it drys a bit... This is absolutely ridiculous when there are literally so many available tables! I asked to not sit there and she sat us elsewhere . We waited 15 minutes for drinks. A full HR goes by without being checked on and no food coming out. When my husband HUNTED someone down they said ehhh maybe 10 to 15 minutes and walked away. No apologies or anything. We immediately got up and left. We were not about to spend our hard earned money in such a junk establishment. This location give buffalo wild wings a horrible name. It needs closed down asap.

  Don't waste your time with this place. Not busy at all and we waited 10 min just to be seated and another 15 min to get a drink. Then roughly an hour before we walked out without seeing our food. Had to get up and seek an employee because nobody came to check on us. Asked how much longer it would be and they said 10-15min and just walked away. No apologies for the wait, no explanation, nothing. Service is HORRIBLE

  I’ve been waiting three weeks for a refund for an almost complete cold meal. The music was blasting Cardi B, which I don’t mind but I could tell others were super uncomfortable with. We didn’t even take the left overs. We just paid and left. Left a review on Facebook and received a message saying we’d get a phone call. The manager Lane called me promising a refund and apologized. It’s been three weeks now. This place sucks. I was told I was getting a refund. I ate there December 13th. It’s now January 2 and no refund yet. I’m starting to get mad. I’ve been told three times it was being taken care of and it hasn’t been. I think I’m just going to go to the restaurant and raise hell instead of waiting any longer.

  The moment we walked into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Salem, Oregon, we were greeted with unhappy faces—none of the staff smiled or seemed welcoming. We were told there would be a 30-minute wait due to low staffing, even though there were more than 15 empty tables available. Instead of seating us and letting us wait, we were left standing. Once we were finally seated, the service didn’t improve. Our waitress was not friendly, and when our food arrived, the order was wrong. While we were eating, she never checked on us not once. No refills, no asking if we needed anything. We were also there to celebrate two twins’ 16th birthday, and the staff wouldn’t do anything to acknowledge it—not even a simple “happy birthday.” It’s disappointing that they won’t even celebrate their own customers. On top of that, there was false advertising on the menu. We ordered a triple cheeseburger expecting three meat patties, but it came with only two patties, with bacon counted as the “third.” I have never heard of bacon being considered a third patty. To make this even more frustrating, we recently went to a different Buffalo Wild Wings in Washington, where we received three actual patties plus bacon, exactly as advertised. I normally love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location was disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Between the poor service, lack of hospitality, and misleading menu descriptions, I will never return. Very disappointed.
