  Every time I go here and order a rebel they never give me a rebel I always get a plain drink along with one drink size changed they can never get the orders right every time my order ends up wrong this is 4 times in a row now

  We have been loyal customers all our lives my sister and I (27 and 30) while there has been good times there has been more negative experiences than good. Whoever they chose to hire is not doing their job, from openly judging my order to not with holding simple rules I KNOW are part of training. Refusing to talk, no greeting, not looking out way except to thrust drinks toward us and never smiling. I understand people have bad days and I do not include those encounters as everyone has a bad day, but also multiple times when we arrive any time after eleven even if it was two minutes past they are always “out” of every single sticker, and or collectible. I understand people love them, and everybody wants one or five, however it is unfair I have seen them give multiple to a car with only one drink while when we ask if we could have one extra when we order three drinks or more each time we are denied rudely or they roll their eyes and make a huge scene about it. It is not only this location that seems to be bitter and no longer feels welcoming as it did even just a few years ago, I am disappointed in the workers and in Dutch for who they choose to hire.

  They literally didnt listen to ANYTHING we ordered??? I ordered a small blue razz w cream and got a large raspberry with some foam????? Can we get adults and not kids who dont know how to LISTEN to an order???(came back to add a couple days after April fools...they always seem not to listen they once again forgot drizzle after specifically asking me if I want drizzle)

  Employee proceeded to give out free drinks and took espresso shots with the costumer, while there was a line of 8 cars minimum waiting, then proceeded to say (what do you want) annoyed energy as if we the customer forced to unnecessarily wait. I then gave her my order which included the instruction “less than a 1/4 sweet” the runner goes “so a 1/3 sweet” and I said “no, a 1/4” she then irritatedly says “oh well you said less than a quarter so”. Last I was aware 1/4 is definitely a smaller portion than 1/3 and especially when I tag on “less than” indicating even less than 1/4 of normal portion size. Proceeds to keep walking away as I still had one more drink to place, horrible costumer service as a former Dutch barista if you don’t like your job the quit it don’t make it everyone else’s problem.
