    I came in today to pick up a mobile order I made. The employee was incredibly rude to me. I paid extra for dilly bars for my kids meals and the lady told me you can’t do that. Well I did and showed her where there was an extra charge. She didn’t care and continued to say you can’t have the dilly bars. When I told her I would like that amount refunded she stated, I would have to contact corporate for a refund of that amount. I have complained to cooperate I’m curious what they will say.

    This is NOT it. No trays for indoor dining, tap to pay does not work. The worst part was the attitude of the employee. As a manager of A job that requires massive amounts of friendly customer service. This worker was not giving the proper responses to customer complaints. When the issues of not having trays and the tap to pay not working were mentioned to her, she said “I just hande out the food, sir“. No. You do not just hand out the food. You work directly with customers coming into your store, who expect service with a smile And proper handling of any situation that may arise During their interaction with you. Proper response responses to customer issues would be “I understand how you feel. Let me see what I can do to make this easier for you” Or “unfortunately this situation has caused a lot of issues for us as a team. I understand that it can be frustrating, and I will make sure that I Forward this issue up the chain so that it can be fixed as soon as possible”. She also wasn’t smiling or talking with a kind, friendly voice. When I Did pull up to the drive-through and was going to use tap to pay she said “we don’t take tap to pay in the drive-through“. When she should have said “unfortunately our tap to pay is not working at this site at the Moment. If you like, I can offer Your coupon for a free ice cream to make up for the trouble this has caused you”.

    The manager on duty today refused to help fix a $.75 issue her new employer did when ring up my order. I didnt have a problem with the new employer she's still learning but the manager kept blaming her for being new and saying there was nothing she could do. All we ask for was a peace off cheese for my kids burger. She then tried say would get fired for giving us it and told me there's no way to charge for it when I offered to pay for it

    Got my food and blizzards in five minutes PIPING hot. The man who took my order was incredibly kind and sweet. They were mid cleaning when I was there and it was perfect.

    Haneous. I got SOME CHEESE CURDS and a mocha blizzard. They both tasted gross but I don’t waste my money bro. Damn right I ate that shit!! Big mistake. I projectile vommitted all over my bathroom floor (didnt make it to the toilet) and ever since I went there Ive been feeling so super sick. Kill me it hurts so bad I hate puking. Yeah it’s also the first day of my period so I rlly don’t need this rn. The environment of this place also felt like a damn horror movie. One of the worst days of my life I’m just so glad I got to gossip with my friends here at least.
