- MMMadisonApr 1, 20261.0Diana was very rude, we ordered 2 blizzards and 1 of them was extremely melted, which makes sense now to why she didn't flip it. I then went in and she was slouched over the counter they handle food on, playing on her phone she was very upset I interrupted her phone time. She then aggressively threw my blizzard in the trash and handed me another melted blizzard. At that point I was getting upset and ready to dumb my blizzard on the counter, so I just left and definitely will not be back and not pay $6.60 for something I couldn't eat

Fried crunchy onions spilling out the sides of the bun! Now look at the picture of mine. Maybe one and a half soggy onion crisps! This was after we sat at the drive thru windows for almost 10 minutes waiting on our food while one of the employees was eating a sundae in the window. Maybe if she was working the food would have come a little quicker. Also the cheese with the pretzels smells like melted plastic! We will be back for ice-cream but probably not willing to waste my money on this garbage food!
