  disrespectful people, did not greet us nor confirm the order, did not ask if we wanted whipped cream, and overall was just very rude and had a bad negative attitude

  No me parece bien tener que esperar 40 minutos por un batido. Entiendo que es día festivo y que es uno de los pocos establecimientos abiertos, pero que me digan: «Simplemente vaya a sentarse; estará listo cuando esté listo», me parece una falta de respeto. He trabajado en atención al cliente y he estado en servicios con mucha afluencia antes. Tampoco entiendo la situación del estacionamiento: ¿a qué se refieren con que no pueden permitirse reestructurar su aparcamiento, cuando son el local de comida rápida con más movimiento de todo South Salem? Una falta de respeto.

  Not good service man, really disrespectful people working and the Parking lot is a horrible design. I waited 45 minutes for a Burger, Fry and a drink. The cashier didn't give me a receipt so I had to buy another soda cup because the girl working didn't believe me.

  Waited over an hour just to be told my order was called multiple times and they had to throw it away. I was literally sitting right there like what?

  Dashes some food, paid like 40$ for chicken strips and a shake for my wife and I. Bag wasn't sealed, only one shake in the bag. It's the only consistent thing they're able to do, is supply just bad service.
