- RWRyder Wendt1 day ago1.0We just tried chipotle on commercial because I heard it was better than others in the area. Unfortunately it's worse after spending 50+ dollars on delivery. I got two burritos and they are TINY. About 5 inch length and 2in width. I open up my steak burrito and see a couple of tiny cuts of steak. After a bite I swear it's all rice!! Won't be buying from here again and probably done with chipotle .

When I called to express my concern of the quality they were serving to customers, I was told I will have to call the “help desk” for any refund or replacement. The manager seemed completely annoyed and was not at all attentive or concerned about my concern

And this one person with light red hair that was working the cash register is always so mean to me. I will not be returning just because of her.

The large chips is barely bigger that the small chips, didnt see a super-nacho option on the menue which does not make sense because it would simply be a bowel with chips under it, so why not? Not very bright inside. Felt very dialed in like they take sales for granted and are not sale motivated.
