Way too expensive. You can get a bigger, cheaper, fresh burger, at Roth's.

Why are people who claim to have allergies to fast food ingredients going to a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT? So they can angrily post a review stating they HOPE they didn't get gluten poisoning, or beef in their 'vegetarian' burger? Maybe take some PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and make your own food rather than RECKLESSLY putting yourself at risk?

I went to Burgerville for the first time ever last night. My fiancé and I ordered 1 chocolate malt, and 1 strawberry shake- both larges, with no whip. We were given 1 large, and 1 medium- not the end of the world, but a little disappointing, and we didn't have the time to have them remake it, and didn't want the other one wasted. The shakes were amazing however.
The prices were higher than some fast food, but less than I thought they would be with their reputation for being pricey- this was a better price than another famous ice cream place we decided not to go to that wanted over $10 for what I got here for $7.something (the malt).

I wish I could give zero stars to Burgerville. The experience was honestly disappointing from start to finish.
First off, the burger looked nothing like what’s advertised on the menu and billboards. The pictures make it seem fresh, juicy, and perfectly put together—but what I got was flat, messy, and far from appetizing. It felt pretty misleading.
On top of that, the taste just didn’t live up to the hype. The burger was bland and lacked flavor, definitely not something I’d come back for or recommend to others.
Overall, between the misleading presentation and underwhelming taste, it just wasn’t worth it.

They charge 2.00$ just for a gluten free bun and that cost goes on top of the sandwich! They list a sale due to that! I was not going to pay over 10.00$ for a grilled chicken sandwich!
