  We waited over an hour for our food to be done. Prices on things are crazy expensive. And our waiter was needless to say making mistakes left and right with our order As well as the couple behind us had food messed up from the same waiter I will leave his name out of this but it started with a J and ended with PH

  Gave BWW another chance after a few years and had a quick reminder to never go back. In short if you want wings go to iWingz, Half Court, or Half-Penny. Hell, even Wingstop is a better value. To go longer, we went with the Pick-6 with bone-in wings and chicken dippers. Which really only saves a few bucks on drinks and some fries at $35. We added the Hot cookie with ice cream which they forgot to give the discount for $5.99 and charged us $8.99. The food came out in about 10 minutes yet somehow it was all cold and overcooked. It took another 10 minutes to get napkins and the veggies had to be asked for since they were forgotten. For some reason they gave us the Hot-cookie with ice cream melting on it with our food, instead of after. We had to ask for it to be sent back so we could eat. It ruined the surprise for our toddler who could now only focus on eating the dessert that was taken away and not his food. After we ate it took another 10 minutes for the server to put in our cookie dessert then took another 15 minutes waiting for it. I've never wanted to walk out of a restaurant as much as this. BWW stumbled on every step from start to finish. I don't see how you can have a food in your businesses name and it be the most subpar experience with the highest prices for that food in town. The server gave our kid stickers so 2 stars.

  Lex was AWESOME. They sat us and had great customer service and conversational skills. Walked by everytime with a smile and definitely outshined customer service wise :-) Thank you Lex!

  Ordered delivery from their website. Received the wrong order. I called and was told I received the spicy version of my order because they were out of the original. Was told they tried to contact me but couldn’t? When ordering through their website you have to input your info. The manager Kyle was not wanting to be accommodating. He said he couldn’t do anything because they were out of the original. The lack of wanting to fix their problem is why we haven’t went back to this establishment in years. It’s worth driving to another location.

  So when showing up mind you they said my order would be ready at 6:40 I been here haven’t gotten any help and then a random customer got his order before me mind you I’m a Hispanic and they gentleman that was served and greeted was a white person that it’s shouldn’t be fair everyone should be treated equally and now I’m still here waiting mind you we placed our order already an hour ago. Thank you the manager made it a little better by adding a gift card but I truly do think this place need to improve there customer service.
