I am very sad. My daughters are disabled. Jenny Roberts treated us so bad my daughters are terrified. Ypu get rid of her or it's gonna be a lawsuit.

Great variety of items for a small store in a small town. From regular everyday items to gourmet choices, a lot of vegetarian and vegan choices and they keep the shelves stocked, except Sunday and Tuesday nights (Tuesdays they tend to run out of some sale items as it's the last day of the flyer.
Prices are decent in today's economy and if you shop the sales you can actually get Chicken breasts for $1.49lb or a 12 pack soda for $5 if you buy 6.
Lastly, the employees of recent are super friendly and helpful. The one small complaint is those carts they use when they are pulling orders for pickup take up so much of the narrow isles. Sadly, most of the employees tend to think their shopping is more important than the customers. They should ALWAYS acquiese to the customers and maybe find a smaller cart for them to use. It's not every order puller, yesterday I had one actually hear me talking out loud to myself trying to understand some buy 3 get 3 deal and she stopped, walked back to me and asked how she ciukd help. AMAZING customer service and should be waterfalled to the other pullers.
And before I go, the deli team in the afternoon and evenings is amazing now. I don't know their names but it's like 3 guys and 1 woman and they are the best this store has ever had. 🏆 💯

Stopped by this Safeway tonight and had one of the worst checkout experiences I’ve had in a long time. (Even my children asked why this cashier was so mean and rude) The cashier, Paul was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden.
It’s surprising someone with that attitude is put in a front-facing role. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, which is disappointing.
Plenty of other places to shop where you’re treated with basic respect.

After 16 years of shopping at this Safeway, I didn’t think one employee could single-handedly make me reconsider coming back—but here we are.
Paul V was, without exaggeration, one of the most unpleasant cashiers I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, dismissive, and completely lacking any sense of basic customer service. It genuinely felt like interacting with someone who would rather be anywhere else—and made sure everyone in line knew it.
I’m not sure how someone with that kind of attitude ends up in a front-facing role, but it’s a poor reflection on the store. If he insists on keeping that demeanor, he’d be much better suited working somewhere far away from customers.
It’s frustrating, because this location has been reliable for years, but one experience like this leaves a lasting impression—and not a good one. Management should take a serious look at this, because interactions like that are exactly how long-time customers decide to shop somewhere else
