Unfortunately, approximately one out of every three visits, her burger is prepared incorrectly despite my ordering through the app and selecting plain each time. As a parent of a special needs child with an eating disorder, these repeated mistakes create significant stress and disruption. It should not be difficult to read an order and prepare it as requested, especially when it is clearly labeled. On one occasion, I was even reprimanded by a staff member while the wrapper itself displayed “PLAIN” in capital letters. I am asking respectfully but firmly for greater attention to detail. Accuracy is a basic expectation, and for families like mine, it makes a tremendous difference. Please do better.
