  Anytime I have great service at a fast food restaurant it stands out to me. Today I ordered through the app and when I got to the location the app malfunctioned. My order was cancelled after waiting for my food for 15 minutes. I let the staff know and they immediately remade my food for free. That is customer service. Thank you.

  Second time I've gone and been given wrong food. Take out kiosk number 602. Ordered hot n spicy meal with extra sandwich. Both extra mayo. Got completely plain ones . Special receipt on sandwiches was order 203.

  I ordered online through the app because I have 3 kids that I didn't want to take in the store. When our food was brought out the kid was rushed and pretty much tossed the food at me and went back in. Upon checking, I was missing a large fry. Stuff happens, so I ran in to get it. The same kid was helping a customer at the counter. I told him I was missing a fry and he rudely tells me to wait. This customer was placing 3 very detailed separate orders (at least 3 separate orders) while the $30 in food I had already ordered was getting cold. He could've easily just grabbed the fry and let me be on my way. Instead, he chose to ignore me, then even grabbed another person's order and headed off to take it to him, still before just grabbing our missing fry. I got another person's attention in the back and they handed me the fry. I called to try to complain about the horrible service and the lady told me she was a manager when she clearly was not, refused to give me her name or the kid working the counters name, and hung up on me. Crazy when the food is so expensive anymore and they treat their costumes like crap. I will drive across town in the future to avoid horrible service.

  It's a clean buisness and service was fast and welcoming. I do the curbside so couldn't give a honest review of the atmosphere

  Its McDonald's. The people were very friendly and kept it clean. It is a busy place. Upstairs seating, also.
