If they wanna continue to cater towards people who don't want to talk to each other, well, if they're going to continue to put doordash orders in front of people's orders who actually come to their establishment, and if they want to continue to hire people that shy away from the front counter and hype back around in the kitchen deny as a previous customer wave the white flag and check out. I'm tired of McDonald's's arrogantness. The food is lousy. The prices are high and now there's service. Just stinks.
- AAAustinApr 3, 20261.0If I could rate it lower I would. Worst experience ever. I waited for 45 minutes for my food to come, and when I got it my blue razz freeze was melted, it soaked everything on the tray, and they forgot my milkshake. And forgot the kids drink which meal was also soaked.
