He was obviously at the end of his shift with a heavy workload, but he still had a great attitude and was incredibly accommodating. When we went to grab a couple of premade sandwiches for a quick dinner and found they were out, Tyler didn’t hesitate. He went above and beyond to make us fresh ones on the spot, even though it meant interrupting everything he was already trying to catch up on. Tyler M., thank you so much for your dedication, your work ethic, and the way you consistently put the customer first. You absolutely deserve praise. Someone in customer service should never talk down to a customer for simply asking a short question. Im so disgusted by the interaction I just left. She was the checker on register 3. Hispanic lady with lots of make up. 4:18pm on 11-4. Id rather throw the 25$ in the trash than be talked to and patronized by someone like that. I find it absolutely unacceptable.
