It is always way too sweet or has absolutely no flavor. I cant win, its this specific location. I prefer Starbucks but since this is right by my house sometimes I dont want to go to town, I'm like how bad can it be then I waste $6-$7 on a drink and end up going to town anyways. I do not have this issue with other locations. If you want the freezes, etc I'm sure it's fine that just comes out of a machine but if you're wanting just decent espresso the flavorings it's like they use a different amount everytime. I wish they'd stop using the tablet for orders, that would help so I could tell the person who is actually making my drink. And it's not quick, somehow it takes about the same amount of time as driving all the way to Starbucks. I've walked up to the window and it's not quicker, I'll watch so many cars go through before they even take my order walk up is last priority.

I like to order the picture perfect.But whenever I order from this location they drown it in so much syrup to where I'm literally sucking up hershey syrup. And if I ask her lite syrup I don't get any. I suppose I should just avoiding this location. If I could put a picture of my drink on here I would if I knew how because the thing is actually almost black and undrinkable. My daughter's drink was fine.

I thought Dutch Bros supposed to be quick and convenient and then when they are busy, they canāt even get your drink order right might as well make your own coffee at home

We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
