- PPprncssFeb 17, 20263.0Went to chipotle last night and the experience I had with one of the employees was atrocious. He has been there many times that I have visited, so I don’t know why I am so surprised this go round. I do not know his name, but I think he could be some lead or something, and wears a septum ring. But every time he is there he has loud rap music blaring where every guest can hear, saying curse words and derogatory race terms. It is highly unprofessional. On top of it, while I was there eating, a homeless man came in and used a gift card to purchase a beer. He went outside to drink it and the employees proceeded to very verbally make fun of him after he left. This leads you to wonder how many people they treat this way, and how every guest in the place can hear. The employee seems to just have an all around bad attitude or act as if he runs the place since I know he has worked there since pretty much the opening.

My husband, dad and I went in and ordered 2 burritos and a bowl and 3 small drinks. It came to $48.60! That was bad enough, but when we started eating, it got worse. The chicken was like rubber. We lived in Colorado for over 25 years, and went to many Chipotle’s there. The food always good, the store clean, and employees nice. That was not the case in Roseburg. We won’t be going back.
