The two younger guys today were trying really hard, but there was an older guy working and he sat at the window talking for over 15 minutes while 8 OTHER CARS WERE WAITING. He was talking about a mustang car and all. The younger guys were busting ass, but he was not helping AT ALL. I made sure to tell the younger two they were doing a good job and that the other guy needed to stop talking and help. Total I was waiting for 25 minutes for my drinks and for 2 drinks for the car infront of me.

Went in for an evening fora Dutch brothers drink a sugar free chocolate raspberry with chocolate drizzle, blended coffee tonight and the workers were pretty distracted talking instead of paying attention and making drinks the young guy that made my drink in particular made. It did not pay attention to who or where it was going gave my drink to some random lady on the other side of the drive through, then had to go chase her down to get my drink back then. Forgot to give her the correct drink. Then, started making new drinks without making my drink to fix his mistake. The ladies in with him had to tell him to stop what he was doingand to correct what he had done wrong. The lady on duty did comp me a free drink for the mix up.The second time he made my drink. There was no chocolate drizzle. There was no whipped cream, and if you call that a chocolate raspberry, there was no raspberry flavor and you couldn't taste any chocolate. It tasted like a bland coffee with a hint of like Splenda in it. I don't know what the kid's problem was. I don't know if he was just really nervous. If it was like his first day, but I will not be going back to this particular stand until he gets more training. Was in the drive thru for almost 20 mins

This is actually the worst dutch I've been to. I worked here with friends in high school and it was all about being upbeat, making good coffee and communicating with the customers. The coffee I received was literally just steamed milk. Im not even joking. I didn't realize until I drove away. I stopped by another coffee shop near by and the girl gave me free espresso shots to put in my drink because it was so laughable. Not only was the coffee bad. But the girls in the dutch bros didn't talk and engage like they used to. They were just flirting with some boy and talking and laughing with each other and playing on there phones. Its like 5 year olds run this stand. Actually super disappointing what dutch bros is turning into. Dave and Travis started this business with a purpose and it used to be super rad. Now its just a joke and know one cares about the true beauty and story of the history of dutch bros.
