  Worst fast food restaurant I've ever seen. They are a complete mess and I can't say enough bad things about them. They define a bad experience continually.

  I feel awful for every employee there. Over the past couple years, this has become the most depressing Taco Bell ever and that’s saying something. They seem to have incompetent management or something now because obviously their workflow is abhorrently slow. I’ve worked fast food for over 10 years and I fully understand under staffing and high demand, but this is something entirely different. Don’t order online hoping to time it out right even an hour and half before you get off work. They’ll make your drinks first thing, then somehow have you waiting an hour past the “ready at..” time.

  Like most other Taco Bell locations, this place is a barely contained dumpster fire. The drive through takes ages, dine in/takeout orders get forgotten, food is super sloppily made. Definitely room for improvement in all areas.

  I am a delivery driver but have also been a customer. Everytime I go inside for an order I will stand there for at least 5mins before anyone looks up and acknowledges me. Today, same thing and when I asked about my delivery order they said it would be 25 minutes. Had to cancel the order for Uber Eats because that is ridiculous! I hope management makes it a point for their employees to acknowledge their customers. Maybe pay them more because they are working so hard but the service sucks every time! I love Taco Bell but all of my experiences have been horrible. Waited in the drive through for 45 mins one time and had to wait an additional 10 mins for my order. Now I dont even consider it as an ootion. This not fast food. Hire more people or have meetings about customer acknowledgement. It goes a long way. They can talk to a customer and still continue to make the food. I just dont understand what's wrong with this generation.

  Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Ordered food online to pick up, waited in a line for about 30 minutes, guessing they were short staffed like always, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. When we finally got our food we counted the items in the parking lot we found out that we were missing 4, FOUR, items! Immediately called and they said there lobby is closed and we had to get back in line. Another 30 minutes, if we would have got in line. Instead I knocked on their door and a lady came to the door and said she would get me my four items. After about 10 or so minutes of waiting another employee, who was going to work, went to the door and was let in by the other lady who then told me her boss told her to just ignore me! So they took my money, made a mistake and couldn't just fix it at the door! What a joke of a fast food place. If I could give this place zero stars I would've!
