  Food was not pleasant. Staff was great, I tried to leave them a tip, they said McDonald's doesn't allow them to receive tips. I think that's wrong of McDonald's. The public should be allowed to give rewards to efficient and kind staff.

  Went through for dinner and the lady in the window was extremely rude. Her name tag said Juliette. She sounded completely done and I even heard her say "ugh..." while taking my order. When I got up to the window to pay she didn't say a word to me even when I told her to have a good night. Basically threw my card back at me. Everything else was fine but the service experience was just awful.

  Sitting in drive through for 25mins not one person ask to hold or anything they are still open for another hour and 15min when I got here.

  Refused to answer the phone after calling and ringing 7 times, when someone did answer they immediately hung up on me. They made my food wrong and all i wanted was to have it remade correctly. Horrible and unacceptable customer service.
