Yesterday 11/19, I placed an order numbered 937780 on mobile app for pickup because this location already known to be suck with long wait times, last time I went drive through it took an hour. Approximately I arrived 6pm to pick up the order, mobile app was indicating my order was ready but my order was nowhere to be found there so I let a team member know my order is missing and only told me some DoorDash guy probably took it, so that I assumed they would make a replacement for me so I waited about 10 minutes and asked if my order would be out soon and team member tells me they can’t to anything about it since it’s already made, I demanded my order to be made but team member stated it will take another 30 minutes. I have a sick child specifically wanted Taco Bell waiting for me, I left this Taco Bell location visibly upset and my child had to go to bed without dinner she wanted. Letting my order taken away, left customer hanging and refusing to remake stolen order is absolutely unacceptable. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

But the food is good at the end of the day so there's that you just have to wait a eternity
