So I don’t normally leave bad reviews as the restaurant or establishment can usually resolve it before it gets to that, but this McDonald’s, and the McDonald’s on 97 (the old one, I haven’t tried the new one by Walmart yet) haven given me more trouble than I thought possible over wanting extra Oreos in my McFlurry. I have eaten McDonald’s all over the country, even out of the country, and out of all of them, I can always get extra Oreos, very rarely for an additional 50 cents but I don’t mind because it saves me a trip to the gas station and $3 from buying Oreos. Today, I asked for extra extra extra oreo because of my last 2 experiences, they charged me an additional $1.50, which I was assuming was enough. There were hardly any Oreos. I asked the lady when she handed me the McFlurry if I could have some on the side and she said they put 6 pumps in and shut the window.
A few weeks ago at the McDonald’s on 97, I paid $2.50 extra for Oreos and the same thing happened except I went in and told them I needed a side of Oreos, she charged me another $2.50 for a half of a small clear plastic cup of Oreos. So I spent $5 on Oreos. Ridiculous. I am done eating at these 2 locations. Bend is fine and I’ll try the new one by Walmart but you guys just lost a regular over crushed Oreos, which btw the manager who charged me $5 claimed they inventory crushed Oreos, you lied to my face. I managed the ihop in bend for over a year and inventorying crushed Oreos is the most insane concept but just out of curiosity I checked with McDonald’s corporate and they confirmed you’re a liar.
If you want extra anything in your ice cream AVOID these 2 locations. It’s bad enough paying $15 for something that was under $5 just a few years ago yet the quality hasn’t gone up at all.
Sign to eat less fast food, maybe only when I’m in bend!

This location rarely gets orders correct and food always tastes worse than other locations
