They were doing great for months until this past week. Food was cold, burger patties cold. Fries cold. Not enough spread on burger. No ice in my drinks.

Waited 25 minutes for a milkshake,cookie and a pie that never came. I finally asked the counter clerk if my food was forgot and she asked me if I ordered at the kiosk using cash as my pay option Yes I did! She then told me I had to pay before my food would go through. I had my 5 yr old grandson with me and we had waited long enough,so we left. Why doesn't the kiosk tell you to go to the counter immediately and pay or why doesn't someone yell out your order number to come pay before you waste your time waiting for food that is not being made?? Again,this is the second time in a month that McDonald's Redmond has completely wasted my time and given nothing more than a blanket apology. Is this normal? Bummer! Again,this could be the second time I quit going to McDonald's and for good this time!
