  I share the same sentiment as others on here who don't understand the poor reviews. I honestly think they're written by people who Door Dash, Uber Eats, or whatever lame service it is that delivers food to them. Blame those services because this Chipotle was awesome! Portions were HUGE. I was worried I was going to have to ask the burrito builder to add extra servings to make a worthwhile value, but to be honest it was the opposite. I was afraid it was TOO much! He could barely wrap my veggie burrito it was so big. I haven't been to a Chipotle in two+ years, no joke, but after coming here once I will be adding it to my rolodex of restaurants to visit, especially when I am back in Redmond. Food was great, tasted nice and fresh, and the workers that evening were paying attention to items that were running low so that they could be replenished. I'm knocking off a single overall star only because the cleanliness of the restaurant could use some TLC. I understand it was dinner time—aka, the dinner rush—and therefor things were a little chaotic but the trash was full, there were empty dishes piling up around the trash, the counters were pretty dirty, tables needed to be wiped down, the faucet in one of the sinks is motion activated and it appeared to be broken, etc. Not a huge deterrent, but it did stick out to me. During my 45+ minutes dining in nobody working there tended to the dining area once.

  The food is pretty good. It's just a really busy location. And just not much room to sit anywhere so you pretty much got to take it to go. All I know it was a good experience

  Coming from someone who never complains out loud over food, Honestly, I’ve been to several chipotles all over the US and this one took the cake for the worst- super inconsistent (frozen lettuce, over salted, undercooked rice wayyyy to often, flavors were always different as I don’t think some of the cooks really followed the recipie to a T or cared about it much..?) there’s been some really nice people here but I think what it comes down to is possibly low staff and potentially absent or semi involved management ? Hard to say… I WILL SAY: Corey is AWESOME. He made the food exactly as it should be, everything looked great AND his energy and customer service was BEYOND GREAT!! He quite possibly could save this establishment from being subpar and a let down to THE BEST, CONSISTENT, GREAT PLACE TO SIT DOWN AND EAT. For once, I left this place feeling happy with my purchase, food was great and Corey made light convos with every patron and put a smile on everyone’s face. GIVE HIM A RAISE.

  This location is better than any of the Bend locations, which are consistently bad. But still a lot to improve on. We’ve had some issues here with ordering on the app, but my biggest complaint is now 2 separate times the music was so inappropriate that I wasn’t comfortable staying with my kids. Overall, Chipotle has lowered the standards they have for employees over the years and it shows. Seems like our money would be better spent elsewhere, which is a bummer because I like the food and the ease of online ordering.

  We ordered online for delivery. I cannot truthfully be upset at the restaurant for the failure of the delivery driver to not bring both bags of food but can be upset about the missing food. Our order was missing an order of chips and queso and a side of guac. I already had to drive to the location to pick up the food missing by the delivery driver and wasn't going to go back to pick up the missing items. The employees were definitely expecting me as they asked if I was there to puck up part of a missed delivery. To bad they missed the food we needed.
