    Bruh... 50 bones for 2 of these?... case#CAR18459296 might wanna use that recorded phone call as a training opportunity. Also, store doesnt take any calls? I just want to send the store manager a picture of what theyre scrapping off the bottom of the pans after they leave.

    Took 40 minutes for the lady behind counter to make the 4 burritos before us. She was extremely slow with every task she did and had a super negative attitude. Also skimped hard on the meat. Lots of customers behind us walked out after waiting in line for so long.

    After a long day of work it was nice to be greeted with professional service. My order was finished quickly. Interactions with staff were pleasant, efficient, quick and management was clearly apart of the process from top down. This location operates with expectation set by good leadership and executed through a solid team. This should be the baseline for all food service companies in Redmond, OR.
