  Employee was rude and short at the drive-thru, and while I can usually excuse this they also messed up my order, the fries were barely cooked and were stiff. They also left out one of our sandwiches, we then waited 40 minutes for them to bring it out and they didn’t, we had to go through the drive-thru a second time to receive our order. I finally received the sandwich and it was burnt. They didn’t apologize once and continued to be rude throughout the entire interaction. If it had been the middle of a rush I could understand that but there was no other cars in the drive-thru during my time there and their lobby was closed.

  They ran out of Frosty mix on the first hottest day of the year. And I'm sure it's going to get hotter and people will start asking for it more often I cannot believe they ran out of Frosty mix I had to wait for an alternative desert to cook

  This is the second time you guys messed my order up I had to write a review this time. First time I ordered biggie bundle one bacon jr and one chicken sandwich with 10 piece nuggets and a large chili they gave me no spoon for chili and regular nuggets instead of spicy. This time I ordered same thing but they gave me two burgers instead of my jr bacon and chicken sandwich the burgers looked gross one had pickles ketchup and mayo the other had just ketchup my 10 piece only had 8 nuggets idk what’s going on I get it’s late but if your gonna do a job do it correctly at least. Super annoying getting home and my whole order is wrong. Also there’s always homeless people begging like right at the drive thru speaker.

  10pm, Drive-Thru, more cars have now left than have been served. Can't complain in real time because a store that Is already having trouble (clearly), could do something untoward to your order before you get it. I'm not in the mood to risk that. But this place could use a hand on a Friday and Saturday probably,

  This place gave me the worst food poisoning of my life just the other day. I had to go to the emergency room. They took a bunch of stool samples it was bad still waiting on the results. It wasn’t the first time they served me uncooked ground beef. Im surprised this place doesn’t get shut down. nobody’s supposed to be eating burger tartare The lady with the glasses messes up my order every single time she’s working. The last two times I went there she charged me for stuff. I never got. I tried asking her for ketchup. She slammed the window on my face forgot my honey mustard. It’s bad enough if you can’t even get a frosty unless you’re there before 11 o’clock you got everyone you’re trying to jump ship and leave an hour early. It’s ridiculous. I’ll be out there at 11:30 my food and half the staff is outside smoking, including the lady with the glasses who works the drive-through window. The morning crew here are pretty cool but the late night closing shift I keep getting real bad experiences from there, especially from that lady with the glasses she has zero customer service skills
