  My breakfast sandwich was diffently pre made it was stuck to the wrapper and the cheese was watery. The drive thru employee was very kind and helpful, management came up to him rudely and fixed some sort of problem I felt bad for him.

  Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes not moving. Got to window and looked like employees were confused keeping orders straight.

  This location completely got my order wrong. I paid for 2 Baconator burgers, and a large fry. I should have checked the bag, because when I got home I had 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry. Nice job expediting, manager. I bet the chicken sandwiches were less than the burgers that I actually ordered.

  This Wendy's is the most subpar fast food restaurant in a major city I've ever been to! I lived near this one on NE 181st & NE Halsey St for over a year. I gave the customer service and the food plenty of chances. I saw much effort from some, lots of rude attitudes from others, slovenly dress and hygiene from too many of them!! I even went in and inquired with a supervisor concerning the hygiene practices of the crew, to find out... There's only 1 Hand Washing Station for the entire store!! OMG 😱🫣🤬 HORRIBLE!!!

  I visited this location on Sunday, March 8th. The food itself was good, but the way the manager treated one of the employees was very uncomfortable to witness and honestly overshadowed the whole experience. The manager was a shorter woman with blonde hair and glasses, and I believe her name tag said Terry or Carrie. While I was at the front counter, a very kind employee was helping me and seemed to be doing their best to handle the order. However, the manager appeared stressed and was openly taking that frustration out on the employee in front of customers. Instead of working with the employee or supporting them, she repeatedly stepped in, talked over them, and tried to take over the situation. The employee actually had my order correct, but because the manager kept interrupting and taking control, I ended up receiving the wrong food. What stood out to me more than the mistake was the way the employee was treated. It came across as very disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate behavior for someone in a management position. I normally wouldn’t post a review about something like this, but seeing an employee being treated that way didn’t sit right with me. Management should be setting an example and supporting their team, not undermining them in front of customers. I strongly believe this situation should be looked into by higher management, and appropriate action should be taken regarding this manager’s behavior, up to and including termination if this is how employees are being treated on a regular basis.
