  I walked in and grabbed a bag to see if my name was on it. The manager walked in and told me to ask her what name was on the bag. It’s literally a one-second task that turns into a 10-second task, which doesn’t sound like much, but is so much work just for a name on a bag. Then, she gave me a small cup for my drink, and I ordered a large one. I told her I ordered a large, and she gave me a cup without apologizing. Finally, I took a look at the burger, thinking it would me normal sized. It was just a bit bigger than my hand. Would be a 1.5 stars it I could.

  I grew up in north Portland… I always always have loved Wendy’s in town. This is the absolute best location here in Portland. They are respectful and kind… their food is always fresh. I’m not sure who manages this place but they are doing a phenomenal job. I would never take the time to write this review if they weren’t completely amazing. I wake up thinking of their burgers at this location. Seriously. Give these beautiful humans a raise and tell them they are cherished employees ❤️ great job!!!! From an extremely impressed old general manager. :)

  The machines at the front that wendys wants you to use to order from barely work. Its clunky and difficult to use. If this is not changed I will stop using Wendys all together.

  Don't bother! Waited at the drive through speaker box for 7 minutes without being helped! Ended up driving away.
