  You guys know why I'm leaving this review. You cannot be serious. My friend put in the order on your big stupid tablets while your staff stared at us, that's just part of all fast food now but whatever. I watched my friend order the food and select cash at check out. I watched the screen tell us we were good to go and our order was placed. We sat there for 30 minutes while your staff SAW US and WE had to go up and ask why our food wasn't being made. No less than 3 staff members saw us order and then sit there. Your staff told us it's apparently OUR job to flag you down so the order is put in?? Is it not your job to sell food to people? There was one guy literally just wandering around who kept staring at us, like??? Say something??? You are human beings capable of empathy. Do better. PLUS everything that had black beans in it made us sick.

  Your worker just told me that delivery customers are not important. As I wait and watch him serve 3 or 4 cars in drive through. He says 5m, but telling me that delivers don't matter is wild. Not a good experience. I rather go to the 82nd locatiom by Phong Phat a better experience.

  Absolute lack of professionalism from the staff at this restaurant. I work as a courier. One time I arrived and they twice tried to give me an order for a completely different customer, even though I clearly showed them the customer’s name. As a result of receiving the wrong order, I had to go back to the restaurant to get the correct one, which caused the customer to receive the order already cold, and I received a negative rating from the customer. Today they simply refused to hand over the order, saying so directly, just because they had a line of other customers, even though I waited in line for 20 minutes. I was forced to cancel the order. Service 1 star.

  Trash. I come in I’m like hi there hello 10 times and people see me inside and they just keep doing whatever they doing like I’m not even there. You don’t have to be this trash just because you work at Taco Bell
