  They changed their custom craving box and now it's a complete scam. Used to be a good deal. But now it's a horrible deal. I would rather spend more at a different fast food place then pay for what they put in now. Guess I will find a new place for my weekly Wednesday lunch order.

  Review for Taco Bell – 2309 NE 181st Ave I came into Taco Bell to place an order and followed the instructions posted in the store to use the kiosk. I completed my order there and then waited at the front register because I was paying with cash. While I was waiting, an employee named Derek (working the drive-thru) looked at me and told me I needed to use the kiosk. I calmly explained that I had already done that and was waiting to pay with cash. He repeated himself again instead of listening, and when I repeated that I was paying cash, he basically ignored me. Eventually another employee stepped in and helped me finish paying, and she was polite and professional. I appreciate her helping resolve the situation. However, Derek’s attitude was very disrespectful and dismissive. Customers shouldn’t be talked to like that, especially when they are following the instructions the store provides. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  I am constantly having issues with my delivery orders from this location. I found that unless you use the Taco Bell app, they will make your order even more sloppy. I have gotten wrong sizes, things missing, missing customized items (which I pay extra for), and the last few orders I have gotten a freeze. I had one order where an entire almost 2 inches of the freeze wasn't there. My most recent, I ordered a large size and got the regular. I don't typically have these types of issues with other locations. I don't recommend this one.
