  love the food but the customer service here is lacking completely. order on the app due to the lobby being closed which makes no sense because mcdonalds down the street has an open lobby. ordered on the app and showed up 10 minutes later, and still have to wait 20 minutes for 2 items. do not go here, it’s a waste of time. this is a regular thing for them. the employees are rude and disrespectful.

  The lobby is closed, waiting outside in the rain for 30+ minutes sucks. And they stack orders so that they only bring out groups of 5 or 6 orders at a time instead of as they are made By the time I get my food it'll be ice cold and my shoes are soaked by rain Not to mention they use the closed lobby floor as a locker. You can clearly see a pair of shoes out on the floor

  Management sucks he’s so rude, didn’t put sugar on cinnamon twist like how is that possible??????????? 🤔🤔🤔 The manger was mean and had no respect for the customers arguing back and forth. Like why???? And hair in the food…. We’ve been here twice and it hasn’t been a good experience both times.

  Tried twice to order delivery tonight canceled the first order . Then when driver arrived for second order told the they werent taking online orders when they already accepted it. This location sucks. They always mess up orders. Never going back to this one.

  Whoever runs the store/callbox on the weeknights is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast food place and that’s saying a lot LOL. Weekend people are fine they are always busy and somehow manage to stay friendly. Weird spot overall.
