What’s up with the new nasty turkey? I haven’t been to Subway in over a year and was surprised to see the type of shaved pink turkey lunchmeat that is so cheap I never buy it at the grocery store.

This is the worst subway. They don't take coupons and they don't take the coupons on the app too! I can't even order fountain drinks , only bottles drinks if using the app. I have no issues with other subway outlets. Not ordering from this store.

Placed an online order and what we received was quite disappointing. At first glance it was apparent that the ingredients were not fresh. Upon further inspection most of the sandwich was prepared inaccurately. The most upsetting detail is probably the portions... I paid for double protein and received what certainly looked like half the normal amount of protein and this applied to multiple sandwiches. The staff didn't make much of an impression, seemed friendly enough but I would recommend choosing a different subway for your sandwich needs.

The app was not working correctly and was pending my payment. I went to pick up and the manager said she did not receive an order and could not help me with the deal because it was through the app even though the app was glitching. She asked me to order again, so I did and the same thing happened. It showed on my account as processing but the order was not received. She assured me I would not be charged because they have to process the order for that to happen. I left frustrated with no sandwiches. My account was charged twice for the transactions they never received and sandwiches that were never made. I received one refund. I called the manager again today, she said she remembered me but could not help. She gave me a phone number of a man she said was the owner but did not give his name. I should have asked. No answer and no voicemail. I called the store again and no answer. I will not be returning to this location after years of going there due to the lack of customer service. I am hoping to receive a refund from corporate.
