- XXXfinityDec 16, 20255.0I never thought I would be writing a Google review for a Subway store, but I had the most fantastic experience last night at this Subway restaurant. I had placed a mobile order (just because that is the only way to take advantage of promo codes now, it seems!), and I walked into the store about 30 seconds later, knowing I might have to wait a few minutes. The two staff members behind the counter, Michael and Holly, were already working on my order -- and while I waited (for all of about two minutes!), I saw Michael carefully checking all the ingredients and making the perfect sandwich. Both employees were outstandingly professional and made engaging conversation, so much so that I stood there for a few minutes afterwards to chat about the upcoming holidays, even after my sandwich has been made. These two are incredibly kind humans, which seems to be increasingly rare in today's culture, especially in retail/food service jobs like ones at Subway. Whoever trained these two in customer service should know their "students" are doing a great job! Thanks to Michael and Holly for a great sandwich and amazing experience!

The ingredients that were on my sandwich did not seem fresh, especially the spinach. It was very wilted. It was also more expensive than other Subways nearby. The woman working there (all by herself) had fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful. And my meal was ready before the app said it would be.
