  Do not order from this store, especially with doordash. I have had multiple issues as a dasher and as a customer. the store loosing the order or my dasher waiting there for an hour for one sandwich. Will not order from here ever again

  Giving it 2 stars because Uber Eats refunded my order immediately. I received a footlong sandwich last night with sandy MUD/DIRT in it. I wish I was kidding. Halfway through I took a bite and felt an explosion of grit in my mouth, spit it out and opened the sandwich and there was this giant brown blob, I’m assuming from the spinach? Anyways I immediately threw up from disgust and now I’m just hoping I don’t end up getting sick further since I just potentially ate SOIL?!

  I have never in my life seen any business let alone a food establishment so disgusting. I know this is Old Town but I literally couldn't believe my eyes. The windows where filthy on the outside and on the inside there was food caked all over them like someone had a food fight and they just left it for months. How do you own a subway, how do any of you serve food? Unreal. It felt like I was landing on a different planet.

  I was told I had to order online to get the rewards in the app..so even tho I was standing right there, I placed an order for pick up. I wanted to talk to the guy while he made my sandwich, but was ignored. And what do you know, he made it wrong. I don't know if he just couldn't be bothered or if he actually couldn't read the order slip, but 3 of the 5 toppings I ordered were missing from my sub. I don't know which way I'd rather have it: paying full price (overpriced) at 11.99 so I can step by step talk the guy through how I want it -bc he CLEARLY can't follow written instructions...OR pay the discounted price of 6.99 for whatever the guy wants to put on my sandwich. Either way, it seems at this location what always comes standard is a bad attitude and not allowed to have ice water with my sandwich unless I want to pay for the price of a soda which is 2.50. I wanted to add cookies and pay in cash on the spot in store after he bagged my sandwiches, and it seemed that was the biggest inconvenience in the world...well, at least aside from the actual making of the sandwiches that is... Sigh...why I think it's going to be any different and why I keep coming back..I've got no freaking clue. At least he said have a nice day as he turned to.walk awayamd go into the back
