  So I decided I wanted a sub and said hey let me go to subway on Division! After ordering my food online while I was in the store watching the employee make my food I asked her for extra olives on my Footlong sub and she looks at me and says I can only put 8 olives on your sub per my manager!!!! What? You cant be serious right? I then asked to pay extra and she says there is no button to charge me? What? Ill never go back again!! You have to be kidding me! Not 8 olives on a foootlong!! And if thats the case please put this in the store so people can be aware and not you making stuff smh

  terrble service everytime I go. 3 times in a row ive had a terrible experience. Orders take forever and customer experience is terrible

  This is the most saddest subway ever and experience.its been 45 min and im still waiting. I guess the online orders comes before customer orders so the wait was exactly that. There was only one staff and I will be reaching out to corporate to shut this location down.my heart goes out to the lonely staff and the hundreds of sandwiches she has to make before taking my order.👏

  To the owner of this place: how low do you need your labor costs to be??? My girlfriend and I came in around 1PM today, to find the store staffed by a SINGLE employee. One person, to handle an entire Sunday lunch rush! The poor lass behind the counter was working her tail off, and was very apologetic, but she shouldn’t have been so damn understaffed! No one should have to work a lunch rush alone, NOBODY! How do you sleep at night? Anyway, the food was Subway. It’s what you expect from a Subway - mid sandwiches at a cheapish price.
