  Rating doesn't match my experience. Live up the street and have been several times. Food and team is great. Gluten free bagels which is great for my partner!

  My best friend picked up a couple bagel sandwiches for her boyfriend in the hospital up the street... They gave her the wrong order. When she attempted to exchange them for a corrected order, they refused to make it right. To be fair, she didn't get a receipt because she paid cash and was in a hurry, but still, I think it's ridiculous that she wasn't able to get the right order. She ended up giving them to a homeless person.
