  Quit adding these stupid barriers to grocery stores. I don't feel safer, i feel annoyed. This barrier will prevent me from spending money here. It's highly effective at that.

  I used to hate this store, now it is much better than last year and employees are nice, especially the woman with long brown hair and the older gentleman in the restricted items checkout, it is nice to shop here again because of them

  I was shopping tonight with my father and we went to separate self checkout registers. The self checkout worker decided that they needed to start scanning my 50% off items without even talking to me, asking me if I needed help, or any kind of communication!! I was still deciding on the chocolate and Hersheys Kiss Butterbeer candies because they were originally $6.99 and that just seemed expensive to me, so I was waiting until the end of ringing up to see how much extra money I had. So I say to the worker that I’ve decided against the item that they just volunteered me to buy; and they scoff and make it seem like IM THE ONE THAT CAUSED THE INCONVENIENCE! THEN, I hear my father exclaim ‘I just ran my card! It isn’t a SNAP card!!’ What happened was he went to the only open register, was unaware that the person before him had scammed Safeway by ringing up the items, bagging them before the guy hit ‘Done’, and just walked out with the bags. The self checkout worker accused my father of not paying do those things, even though my father showed the worker his card to prove it wasn’t a SNAP card. They wouldn’t let him leave with his items that he PAID FOR; they voided the whole transaction and said his money would go back on his card. I’m very, very, very offended at this self checkout worker for both of these things. I’m actually livid. Not everyone steals, get it through your thick skull.

  The drive and go service at this location of lovejoy street is amazing. Dustin and Christopher have dropped off my groceries for pickup weekly for almost a year. They are always super nice; always on time, they adapt to my availability, and accommodate my substitutions. Because of them they make my busy weeks so much easier and doable. I strongly recommend drive and go because of them

  My friend and I went shopping at this Safeway location tonight and paid for our things around 11:00pm tonight and the manager working at this location was really rude to me and my friend we are both disabled we have a difficult time getting around and we parked on the 1st level in this Safeway garage and we asked her please if she would please let us up and she said no use the stairs and we both told her we're disabled and she said that's too bad your gonna have to use the stairs It's pretty bad she was very rude to us with a really horrible attitude and very unprofessional and treating her costumer's very poorly. She a older woman about 69 maybe 70 years old at the most short with short burnett burgady colored hair and she was wearing eye glasses
