So people come from all across town on the number 12 bus to come here to the only bottle drop in Multnomah County; dump out cases of water to get water bottles to get cash to buy drugs. Houseless encampments everywhere, needles & poop everywhere, and more nasty stuff. Feel bad for people living nearby. Safeway you have a responsibility to the community to close the bottle drop!
