  I've had a lot of hit-or-miss experiences at this Papa John's store. Every order I've had is either great or completely awful, with no in-between. It's important to note that this store has seemingly fired all their delivery drivers and only delivers through Doordash now. I could be wrong, but every order I've placed on their website in the last three years has been outsourced through Doordash. If they have official Papa John's delivery drivers, I certainly haven't seen them as of late. There are many orders where I get cold, hard, dry, blah pizza that makes me immediately regret my decision. Then there are other orders where I get fresh, hot, tasty pizza full of juicy sauce. It's like playing Russian roulette every time. It's hard to know if the issues stem from Papa John's themselves or Doordash, but since Papa John's has elected to replace a chunk of their workforce with Doordash, I can only lay the blame at their feet. There was one incident I had where the driver took the pizza out of his trunk, handed it to me, and I noticed the top of the box had dirt (like from a potted plant) and fleas on it. Disgusting. What's even more bizarre is that this store charges an absurdly high $7.25 delivery fee. $7.25 and they can't even pay delivery drivers to work for them. When I add a $5 tip, that's already $12.75 before I've even ordered anything! Ultimately, the declining quality in Papa John's ingredients isn't worth it at this price, especially with much better pizza options to choose from.

  Came in late (8:30pm) and staff was awesome!! Super friendly, patient (I'm incredibly awkward), polite, and did the job right! I see they have reviews for messing up orders but let me tell y'all the only fast food I've eaten for YEARS now is Pizza Hut but they mess up my order EVERY TIME, are overpriced, and genuinely increasingly taste disgusting now adays, I just kept going (albeit less and less) because I hate change with food. I'm not gonna say the pizza was like incredible but it's pretty good and more importantly they made my order PERFECTLY and quickly. I'm not someone who can say "oh well it was pretty simple" I can admit my order is annoying. It was also super cheap and piping hot! I've never received a Pizza Hut pizza any more than warm and the prices suck recently. Y'all I swear I'm not a Papa John's industry plant 😂 I was just very impressed. The crust is quite bland, no fault of the staff I know it comes premade, I'll just douse the whole thing in hot sauce lol.

  I'm a doordash driver and deliveries from here are always late, every time. Don't order from here unless you don't care at all how long it takes to get your pizza.
