  First time in Portland and I decided to try one of the local restaurants, Miss Delta’s. As a foodie from Philly, I always look forward to discovering great local spots—but unfortunately this experience missed the mark. I ordered the hush puppies, three chicken wings, and macaroni & cheese during happy hour. The macaroni and cheese didn’t look very appetizing at first, but after they sprinkled cheddar cheese on top it actually tasted better than it looked. The chicken wings, however, were cooked too hard , almost under cooked, and lacked seasoning, and the hush puppies had little to no flavor at all. Presentation and overall delivery just weren’t there for me. As someone who believes your deliverables are your calling card, I have to be honest—this one was disappointing. I was excited to try a local Portland spot, but sadly this visit didn’t earn even a half star from me.

  I ordered delivery yesterday and spent a lot of money. The chicken was burnt and tasted like old oil. The ribs were flavorless and tough this is my third attempt ordering from this place its only gotten worse.

  Been awhile since I've been to this place. Ordered the Mac and Cheese and good god, if there's a better Mac and Cheese in the city, I haven't tasted it yet. Terrific dish and could easily feed two (which it did at my home). We ordered online and the pick up time was on the money. Good looking place, too. The guy who usually works there? I guess today his cell phone was a. helluva lot more interesting than chatting with a customer. :) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place. We'll be eating there again.
