  Food and service were fantastic. As far as carts go they are pretty nice, with interior and outside seating. It's all very clean and comfortable. But, it being a cart is why I marked it 3 stars. I used to build resteraunts and I'm neurotic about the carpentry, the design,the paint job, wheelchair access... It honestly interferes with my dining experience. It's a problem, I know. anyways... The food was fantastic. I really liked the coconut shrimp, and their orange chicken. I sat down inside for half my meal, before being called away on an emergency at home. But, while I was there they gave me a couple samples. Which I appreciated and will choose next time. One of the samples was orange chicken, and it's probably the best I've ever had. It wasn't too heavy, which I liked. Amendment #1: I enjoyed the food so much yesterday, that I went back today. I got a combo with pineapple chicken and teriyaki, it's fantastic and can't wait to taste the next menu item. That's what this place does to me. It makes me want to try everything on the menu. In 2 days I've had 2 different combos, and some samples so 6 different items and they were all fresh, not too heavy, excellent flavor and the breadings have been light and crispy so far. Speaking of breading. Their onion rings looked perfect so, I got them as well. They look just like the picture and were some of the best I've ever had. I can say the same for the coconut shrimp. Did I already say that? I honestly can't say enough about this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Yesterday, they gave me samples, which is why I'm here today. Smart! Come check it out. It's clean, has an enclosed eating area that's actually pretty nice for a cart. It's super clean, friendly, CONSISTENT and professional. Ive kinda been over carts for a while, but let's face it, if you want some good, close by food, carts are a big factor here in Portland. But, I kinda like it's quirkyness, and the food/staff have totally won me over.

  I love this restaurant, the food is always delicious and fresh! The flavors are amazing and the Mac salad is the BEST! I love them, and have been eating them for years, no other island food compares.

  Got a three meat plate (teriyaki, pork, shoyu) and it did not disappoint in any way. Order extra mac salad cause it SMACKS and while the portion is fair, more is better. Rice was plentiful. The char on the teriyaki was exquisite. Pork was deeply flavorful and perfectly salty. Shoyu chicken balanced out the other two proteins with a delicate sweetness. I'm a grown man and this is an easy 2-3 meals worth of food. Very impressed all around, highly recommend.
