  I have always had a good experience with staff here until today. At the speaker I asked to add a cup of water to my order. The guy said sure and pull to the first window. There he told me to just ask the lady at the last window for the cup of water, which I did. Instead of getting the cup of water she walked away and continued to work on the other orders so I assumed she didn’t hear me. When she came back to the window I repeated nicely that I had a cup of water and then she got attitude and goes off about how I didn’t ask at the beginning like I was supposed to. (If she had taken two seconds to talk kindly and ask she would know that I did ask at the beginning) I guess she was making me wait for no reason because she was mad. If it’s that big of a deal she should have just said no I’m sorry we can’t do that. Aside from this lady I have always encountered really nice workers here.

  Why would I still be sitting in a drive thru if I didn’t get all my food …..? Really run the camera back ! Or bet yet this location need better workers and staff that listen Thanks to the back and forth about me not getting my food . I never received my babies juices that came with there happy meals NEVER AGAIN !

  Nothing special, same as the million or so other McDonald's across the US. But I was really impressed with the attitude of the staff. I came in wearing my work jacket and used the kiosk to place my order. I was getting breakfast sandwiches for my work crew so I think I ordered like 12 sandwiches 8 hashbrowns and a handfull of coffees. The lady who called my number was really nice and professional. I came up to the counter and all the food was on a big tray. She read my receipt out loud, showed me everything was there as ordered, and quickly got it packed into a big bag with handles. I appreciate that she took the extra minute to make sure everything was there and show me that everything I ordered was going into the bag so I wouldn't have to come back or worry about anything missing.
