  This location is sometimes good food but never consistent. They often do not give us all our food or give us stale buns, or miss stuff we pay for. And when you write them they don’t do anything to correct it. And its not during high school lunch time either. Today I got a Big Arch- the 3 rd time to get first 2 times it was great. This time not good. They gave me the wrong (stale hard bun) it had no black sesame seeds, no lettuce except a slimy ling lettuce that was melted , & 2 slivered onions. The patties were today were hard & burnt and dry inedible, only thing right was pickles and cheese. The fries were cold and stale on all orders, and also the other order we got had a stale hard bun and not good. We wont be coming to this location as it has been either inedible or pretty bad and not like most other locations it is not consistent anymore, it went downhill last 9 years and it was not a big line tonight or anything. Felt like they were selling old orders or something. The staff is really nice at the counter and windows.

  It was okay. Place was clean. Service was okay. It just didn't seem like the people who worked there were very nice.

  I went at 12:30 in the morning after being sick for 4 long days of going without eating and the sweet young man at the first window was so kind to me and didn't rush me thru the drive-thru even tho they were extremely busy and the wonderful woman at the last window allowed me to get one buy one free of the double cheeseburgers and all I had to do is a survey from the receipt, which I didn't take 😞 So I'm writing this review to say thank you to them for having kind hearts and being patient with me at the drive-thru. Your kindness didn't go unrecognized!

  They got rid of the fountain machines in the dining area! Charge extra $ for iced tea!

  I went thru the drive thru but found out they were only serving breakfast so I didn't order. The parking lot had trash, napkins, cups, wrappers, and 2 vehicles parked, both appeared to be broke down with people living in them. The sidewalk at the neighborhood entrance was covered with litter, broken furniture, garbage, and tents. The drive-thru was busy and appears to be moving quickly. I will go back and try the food another time.
