  Worst service I’ve ever got. Placed a mobile order and when I got there they told me to park in the front, and I kept asking about my order and they never gave it to me until I went to the drive thru line again and stayed there till I got my food. The order was 20 mcchickens and they took 55 minutes to make them. I’ll never go there again that service sucks

  I placed my order online. When I arrived, the man in charge of taking orders just kept saying, "Just a couple of minutes"—this after nearly half an hour had passed since I placed my order. He just kept repeating the same thing: "One minute, one minute." I cancelled the order and peeked through the window—and lo and behold, the man was on his phone. 4:10 AM, Wednesday, 04/01/26.

  So this is my local McDonald’s. And it usually sucks because they never get all my order right or they always forget something but today was different!!!! Andrew was helping us from the moment we got in the door. We don’t dine in often so I’m not used to using the touchscreen ordering menu. He was really patient with us. He was sweet and attentive and came and wiped our table before we sat down. (It was clean, but I am picky) He was a very polite young man and you don’t come across that often these days. Just wanted to get on here and leave him some words of encouragement. You’re doing great Andrew.!!! We see you!! Keep working towards the great man you’re becoming!! I don’t like

  I pulled up to the first window, where a guy was standing behind the closed glass, completely engrossed in his phone. I waited for two minutes, thinking that payment was handled at the second drive-thru window instead. So, I drove over to the second window; the guy walked over and told me I needed to go back to the first one. Dude—when there are customers and you're on the clock, put the phone away. When there aren't any customers, sit on your phone all you want.

  They are constantly making us wait 5-15 minutes in their parking space for food and most of the time some is missing. Thought I caught the missing food last time but I didn't check inside the happy meal. My kid didn't get nuggets so I had to forfeit my food. I'm really tired of this place getting it wrong as much as I come here and I just keep coming back, 10 times out of 10 there is a problem. And the people are nice it's just I don't want to do it anymore, being told to wait and watching 2-6 customers behind us drive away with food, sometimes up to 15 minutes, it's not exactly fast food.
