  Let me start by saying this was very unacceptable. Rude behavior, no greeting, no “pull up to the next window,” no “here’s your food”—just straight-up ignoring us, even through the drive-thru. Around 5 PM on March 29th, my girlfriend and I were craving McDonald’s, and this is the closest one. We pull up, and when it’s our turn, the guy doesn’t acknowledge us for a full two minutes. Then he finally says, “Are you gonna be using the McDonald’s app?” in a rude tone. I politely say no and start ordering. I ask him to repeat the order, but he just gives me the price and ignores me. I get to the next window, hand him cash, and say thank you—no response at all. He acted like I didn’t exist. Then I pull up to the next window, and a Latina female does the exact same thing. I even say hello to start small talk, and she just ignores me and hands me my food. Very unacceptable. At that point, I didn’t even want to eat the food because I feel like negative vibes bring negative outcomes. This really ruined my day. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s again. Food also seemed damaged !

  Employee's are required to wash their hands at 99.9% of McDonald's establishments, but I guess not this one!

  They never honor what you ask for, you want a little extra mustard, too bad. You want a bacon mcdouble, guess what, you dont get bacon. I dont know whats going on but everytime they mess something up. Its annoying

  THE STAFF IN THE MORNING IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY, DISRESPECTFUL, STAFF THAT IS RUDE TO ALL CUSTOMER THAT ASK EMPLOYEE JUST ABOUT ANY QUESTION. MY WIFE WAS TOLD THAT SHE NEEDS TO TELL THE TRUTH AND QUIT LYING AND TRYING TO GET FREE FOOD. THAT WE SHOULD JUST STOP TRYING TO STEAL FROM THEM. BECAUSE THEY NEVER BAGGED or called out are order or # and 20 mins later she asked the cashier about are order and that when I believe the manager comes over and is the one calls my wife a liar and tells her that she is stealing food...... I can't believe it. UNCALLED FOR THE MOST EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. I WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP FOOT INSIDE THAT MCDONALD RESTAURANT IN HOLLYWOOD DIST. AGAIN!!!
