  I go here all the time because it's by my job. I am familiar wit all the employees and they know me by my name. They are a hard working crew at least the morning ones and i appreciate how timely they are.

  Worst location, go out of your way to another location. Always rude for no reason and always get orders wrong if you come back to respectfully correct it, they’re the ones with attitude. Mind blowing. Maybe it’s the type of customers they get. Doesn’t mean you can treat paying customer poorly.

  Went through the drive-through today they were having troubles with their debit machine and it affected the whole service. They don't know how to make a sandwich properly without it. They don't know how to be at the pay window without it and then I had to go back through because they did not make my order correctly and there was no I'm so sorry there was no customer service whatsoever. The African-American woman at the window was just a sour push. She should not be in the public eye.

  I always order iced coffee, every single day. So I always say the same thing when I order: “Can I have a large iced coffee, no cream, no sugar?” I’ve been buying iced coffee at McDonald’s every morning for over three years. However, this morning, a Hispanic woman handed me a hot coffee. When I told her I ordered iced coffee, she said that I had paid for a hot coffee. I always order through the app and pay 99 cents, as I do every morning. It seemed like she didn’t know about the app at all and had no understanding of the pricing. It seems like she needs to be more familiar with the app used at her workplace. She also told me that I need to pronounce my order more clearly. I don’t understand what kind of customer service this is. How about you listen more carefully?? It seems like she needs additional training, how to treat customer and fix her attitude. There’s no reason to upset a customer first thing in the morning. I hope McDonald’s provides her with better training. I don’t know her name, but she was the Hispanic woman at the second window who handed me the order, not the Hispanic woman who took my payment at the middle window. If someone cannot even take an order correctly or do their job properly at McDonald’s, it makes me question how they could succeed in any other workplace. I will try to find out her name and update this later. This was a very unpleasant experience this morning.

  Very rude Hispanic staff. All of them! I'm a Uber driver coming to pick up an order and my app wasn't showing the "code" but had the order information and customers name. Manager was rude and talked to me like a dog and told me to do my job which I simply was trying to. I WONT be back and anyone who supports this location isn't making the best choice. They only hire their own then mistreat everyone around them. Very bad interaction for what should of been smooth, professional, and quick.
